SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE POSITION
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking to bring on a contractor as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our fully remote team.
DAILY GOALS & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Making 120+ Cold Calls A Day (600+ Per Week)
• 40+ Conversations Decision-Makers Per Day (200+ Per Week)
• 30 live conversations per day (continue calling until reached)
• 3+ hours of talk time
• 1+ Qualified Demo Show Up a Day (5+ Per Week)

• Self-driven, hustler personality type (you don’t need anyone to motivate you)
• Incredible self-confidence (you have zero doubt you’ll hit quota)
• Impeccable time management (you can already see yourself doing more activities in a day)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You must have prior SaaS sales experience (you will not be considered for this role unless you meet this criteria)
• High cold calling activity per day experience (over 120 calls in a day).
90-Day Ramp-Up Quota
All new SDRs are placed on a 90-day probationary ramp period. During this period, performance is evaluated based on qualified demo show-ups — demos that meet all qualification criteria: QuickBooks Online, decision-maker/owner present, 20+ open invoices
Period Minimum Qualified Demo Show-Ups
Expectation
- Days 1– 30: 15 Qualified Demo Show-Ups
- Days 31– 60: 20 Qualified Demo Show-Ups
- Days 61– 90: 25 Qualified Demo Show-Ups
Learn systems, scripts, and HubSpot workflows while producing early pipeline activity.
Show measurable progress, steady daily activity, and growing consistency.
Demonstrate full competence, independence, and readiness for the ongoing quota.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
• Base Pay: $1,250 per month
• Commission: $25 for each Qualified Demo Show-Up
• Quota: 20 Qualified Demo Show Ups per month
• Bonus: $500 bonus awarded upon meeting the monthly quota
A demo only counts if:
• The business uses QuickBooks Online
• The owner is present
• The restoration company has 20+ open invoices
