Growth Marketing Manager
Remote · LATAM · Marketing · Full-time (B2B contractor)
TL;DR — We're looking for an AI-first performance marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end at the company. You'll bring the entire paid motion in-house, turn our funnel into a learning machine, and compound that knowledge inside the building.
Why the Company?
The company is a New York–based fintech, backed by top-tier Series A investors, replacing legacy lending infrastructure with an AI-native Loan Origination System. We power credit unions and lenders across the U.S., and our software handles real money for real members, every day.
We're a remote-first, talent-dense team across LATAM, building with AI as our default. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We move fast, ship hard things, and care about the outcomes our work produces in the world.
The role
Paid acquisition at the company has lived outside the building. That's about to change.
We're hiring one operator to own the full paid motion → strategy, budget, creative direction, experimentation, and the analytics that tie it all together. You'll partner with our growth lead and report directly into demand generation, with a clear line to the founder on strategy and budget.
This is a B2C-style performance marketing role applied to a B2B audience. Our buyer is a credit union executive, but the playbook that works is the one a marketplace or DTC operator would recognize: tight funnels, fast experiments, creative that earns clicks, and unit economics that hold up under scrutiny.
What sets this role apart is the AI-native mindset. We're not looking for someone who uses AI tools. We want someone who thinks in AI: workflows, agents, evaluations, and systems that wouldn't be possible without it.
What we're looking for
You've run paid at scale. 3 to 6 years hands-on across Google and Meta, with monthly budgets you've personally owned end-to-end. Not LinkedIn-only. Not agency-managed.
You operate in-platform. You set up campaigns, audiences, bids, and creative tests yourself. You can open an ads manager and tell us what's broken in five minutes.
You think in unit economics. CAC, ROAS, MER, payback — you can name what you've moved and how. You don't hide behind “conversions up 40%” without the math underneath.
You experiment like an engineer. Hypothesis, sample size, primary metric, result, decision. You run a backlog, you write post-mortems, and you know which tests are worth running.
You have taste for creative. You don't make ads yourself, but you direct the people who do. You know what a good hook looks like, why a winning creative wins, and how to brief a producer without micromanaging.
You read like a B2C operator. Marketplace, DTC, consumer fintech — somewhere the funnel is tight and the customer votes with their wallet. We're not looking for a traditional B2B playbook.
You communicate clearly in English. Written, spoken, async. Our team spans LATAM and New York.
AI-native by default
This is the part we screen hardest on.
You use AI as core leverage — not as a productivity tool, not as a copywriter. You've built workflows that wouldn't exist without it: agents that brief creative, evals that score landing pages, pipelines that turn raw signal into structured insight, automations that compound across the funnel.
You have an opinion about where AI earns its place and where it doesn't. You know that “use ChatGPT for the headlines” is not an AI strategy, and you can show us what is.
If you're a strong performance marketer who only recently started using AI, this role isn't for you. If you've re-engineered how you operate around AI, we want to talk
What you'll own
The paid motion across every channel we run. Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn. One operator, one strategy, one budget.
The funnel as a system. Tracking, attribution, dashboards, experimentation cadence. You build the loop and you read the data.
Creative direction. You brief the producers, run the tests, and own the library of what works.
Light oversight of our organic LinkedIn presence. Our founder's page and the company's page — cadence, calendar, and making sure the best organic posts get amplified through paid.
The outcomes. Cost per booked meeting, pipeline sourced, payback. You'll be measured on the metrics that matter to the business, not on activity.
How we work
AI-native, end to end. Every operator at the company builds AI into how they work. We invest in the tooling and we expect the leverage.
Bias to ship. Short feedback loops, frequent experiments, transparent learnings. We don't sit on hypotheses.
High autonomy, high ownership. You'll own outcomes from day one. We don't hand-hold and we don't micromanage.
Direct access. You'll work closely with the founder, demand gen, and the engineers who build the product you're selling.
What we offer
Competitive compensation and stock options.
Full AI tooling stack covered.
Remote-first culture with strong autonomy.
Real impact on the financial infrastructure used by credit unions across the U.S.
The chance to build a paid motion from the ground up inside an AI-native company.
