ABOUT QUQO
Quqo is a high-growth B2B SaaS company building the next-generation procurement and practice management platform (PMS) for the healthcare market. Originally focused on procurement, Quqo is rapidly expanding into a full PMS, integrating across multiple systems and deploying across 11 markets in Europe — serving over 700 clinics. The company also serves clients in Asia, creating a dynamic international operating environment.
This is a pivotal moment for Quqo: the product is growing fast, the deployment footprint is expanding, and the team needs a strong operations leader to build the structure, playbooks, and execution engine that will power the next phase of growth.
THE ROLE
The Operations & Implementation Manager will own Quqo's deployment and client onboarding processes. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle — from scoping and planning through go-live — across European clinic deployments, while also providing operational oversight to the support team in Vietnam serving Quqo's Asian client base.
The right person has already built this playbook somewhere else. You know what a clean implementation process looks like, you've managed cross-functional stakeholders across time zones, and you can spot the gaps between what's being promised to clients and what's being delivered. You'll report directly to the CPO, with a clear growth path as Quqo scales its European operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Excellence
Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring each implementation follows the timeline, scope, and quality expectations. Identify risks and apply problem-solving strategies to keep projects on track.
Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, ensuring clear, high-level communication with clients, managing expectations, and delivering updates effectively.
Provider Management and Integration
Manage relationships with medical suppliers and third-party systems, ensuring seamless integration of their solutions with the company's systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to address technical requirements, implementation timelines, and performance standards.
Implementation & Deployment
Own end-to-end client implementation for Quqo's procurement and PMS layers across European healthcare markets
Design and document a repeatable implementation playbook — defining every step required before a deployment is considered complete in a given market
Manage concurrent rollouts across multiple countries with clear timelines, milestones, and risk tracking
Identify issues during deployment and feed them back to product as structured inputs for the roadmap
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and provide guidance to the Vietnam-based support team, ensuring quality and consistency across the Asian business unit
Collaborate with engineering and product to translate client-facing issues into technical requirements and process improvements
Act as the primary operational escalation point during the implementation phase for European clients
Process & Operational Excellence
Audit current operational workflows and build the structure and maturity the business needs to scale
Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track deployment health, support performance, and client satisfaction
Surface expansion opportunities from what you observe on the ground during deployments, feeding them back to leadership and product
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
3–7 years in operations, implementation management, or customer success in a B2B SaaS or tech company
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent client implementations with clear project plans and accountability
Experience building or significantly improving implementation/onboarding processes — you've owned the playbook, not just followed it
Strong communicator: equally comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and collaborating through technical issues with engineering teams
Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken); ability to manage distributed international teams
Technical aptitude: comfortable using project management tools, understanding product workflows, and collaborating with developers
AI-forward mindset: familiar with using AI tools to improve operations, automate workflows, or enhance team productivity
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in healthtech, medtech, or deploying software to healthcare institutions — this is a meaningful differentiator and may increase budget flexibility for the right candidate
Familiarity with European markets and the regulatory and operational dynamics of scaling SaaS across multiple countries
Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries with complex technical implementations
Experience managing or scaling offshore or nearshore support teams
Startup or high-growth environment experience where you've had to build structure from scratch
