Location: Remote (LATAM)
Compensation: USD $55,000 - $63,000 yearly
Role Summary
The Senior Data Analysts help clients turn structured data into decisions through strong SQL, thoughtful analytics, and clear communication. This role is more analytics + reporting than data engineering—success depends on autonomy, ownership, and the ability to translate client needs into dashboards, metrics, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Write complex SQL (joins across multiple systems; clean/shape data for reporting).
Build and maintain dashboards/visualizations in at least one BI tool (Sigma/Omni standout; Power BI/Looker/Tableau also relevant).
Partner with clients to gather requirements, define success metrics, and deliver insights with strong data storytelling.
Operate independently end-to-end: scope → approach → analysis → stakeholder readout → iteration.
Collaborate closely with analytics engineers and data strategists on client outcomes.
Mentor and elevate other analysts through feedback, templates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level experience delivering analytics work (agency/consulting experience is a plus).
Extremely strong SQL
Proficiency with at least one BI tool; enthusiasm for learning newer tools (Sigma/Omni are especially relevant).
Excellent communication (written + verbal) and confidence working directly with client stakeholders.
High ownership/autonomy; flexible, adaptable, and collaborative.
