About the Team

The Deployments team ensures the successful post-sales implementation with enterprise clients and

value realization from migrating their lending operations to the company’s platform. This team works with clients

every day and collaborates closely with Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Sales.

As we onboard new clients every month and scale rapidly, we’re expanding our team to deliver on our

ambitious product roadmap and growth plans, all while providing exceptional client service.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Deployment Manager to oversee strategic, time-bound implementations with the company’s

US-based enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the fast rollout and achievement of

the full potential of the the company's Loan Origination System (LOS) and its integrations with core banking

platforms and critical lending solutions.

Your success will be measured by the results of your on-time live production deployments of new

capabilities, achievement of automation objectives, and exceptional client satisfaction—ultimately

turning customers into long-term champions of the company.

In this role, you will:

● Own the full deployment lifecycle. From contract handoff to live production — kickoffs,

implementation plans, weekly sprints, go-live checklists, and post-live continuous automation

● Be the client’s main point of contact. Senior executives, project teams, and frontline staff —

you manage them all. Respond promptly during business hours. Always know what’s blocking

and what’s next

● Build and manage detailed implementation plans with clear milestones, owners, and

timelines. Track tasks using project management tools to ensure progress stays on target.

● Execute hands-on. Configure workflows, map integrations, test edge cases, validate data flows.

If no specialist is assigned, you do it yourself.

● Build the playbook. Codify best practices, document repeatable processes, and build AI-first

systems that drive 10x efficiency and shorter time-to-value across all deployments

● Partner with Forward deployment engineers. Daily standups through final QA. You own

delivery; they own the technical depth. Together you get clients to production

● Map lending operations. Understand client workflows deeply, identify automation opportunities,

and share industry best practices to drive value beyond basic implementation

● Translate requirements into execution. Turn ambiguous client needs into clear Linear tickets.

Track feature development, validate deliverables before client-facing delivery, and communicate

deviations clearly

● Feed the product. Gather client feedback, identify patterns across deployments, and relay

insights to Product and Sales. You’re the closest signal to what’s working in the field

● Use AI as your primary leverage. Documentation, communications, workflow mapping, QA

prep, status updates — AI is how you move faster than anyone expects.

Minimum Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in client-facing technical implementations. SaaS, fintech, or financial

services strongly preferred. Consulting background is a plus (especially MBB)

- Fluent in English to work effectively with US clients. Spanish is a plus for internal collaboration

- Excellent project management: You turn ambiguous goals and project requirements into

actionable plans and weekly sprints for engineering. You manage dependencies across teams,

prioritize ruthlessly, and drive multiple workstreams to completion

- Can become an expert fast: You have prior Fintech/Banking/SaaS experience or can quickly

learn the details of the loan origination process and lending industry

- Strong client delivery and client management experience: You have a proven track record

delivering complex enterprise projects successfully with clients, building client relationships,

managing senior project sponsors, and navigating high-stakes situations

You'll thrive in this role if you:

discussions with client executives, or sharing updates with internal the company's leadership

bar at every opportunity to magnify impact and create extraordinary value for clients

● Operate with urgency: Bias for action, move fast, context-switch effectively across multiple

priorities to get projects to the finish line. Comfortable with ambiguity

● Have technical aptitude and are hands-on: You don't need to be an engineer, but you can

architect the company's Operating System for Implementations and Client Engagement with Claude

Code / Codex, prototype new features with Lovable, understand APIs, and dive into our product

platforms to deliver the work without hesitation. You use AI as a core part of how you work

● Are a natural coach and leader: You lift the people around you, and know when to collaborate,

delegate vs. when to execute yourself; humble with genuine passion for sharing what you learn,

building a high-performing team, and your own growth
