Client Advisor - SaaS | Remote | LATAM
Role Overview
This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role at a U.S.-based software services company specializing in CRM, CX, and AI platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and more). The person in this role will manage a portfolio of approximately 50 existing accounts, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and handle inbound leads based on their area of technical expertise.
It is not a high-volume cold calling position. Success here depends on the ability to hold technical conversations, run product demos independently, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The most successful advisors are those who combine a consultative mindset with hands-on platform knowledge.
