This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate strategically and execute hands-on — building partnerships, closing deals, and ensuring strong, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Own Country Operations

● Oversee site performance, logistics, and partner execution

● Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational standards ● Proactively solve operational challenges and optimize performance

2. Drive Revenue & Commercial Growth (Brazil + LATAM)

● Own revenue targets for Brazil and contribute to broader LATAM growth ● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the region ● Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners and customers

● Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, and contract execution ● Collaborate with global sales teams to align on strategy and targets

3. Lead the Entity

● Serve as the senior leader for the Brazil entity, accountable for overall performance ● Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team

● Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and results

● Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

4. Partner & Stakeholder Management

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders ● Represent the organization in Brazil and across LATAM

● Identify strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and impact

5. Execute & Align with Global Strategy

● Translate global strategy into effective local execution

● Provide market insights and feedback to inform regional and global decisions ● Ensure consistency in execution of global initiatives

What You Bring

● 7+ years of experience in general management, operations, or commercial leadership roles

● Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals

● Experience managing multi-site or distributed operations

● Strong understanding of the Brazil market and LATAM business landscape ● Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities

● Strong financial and operational acumen

● Highly autonomous with a bias for action

Language Requirements:

● Fluency in Portuguese and English (English proficiency is required)

● Spanish strongly preferred

What Success Looks Like

● High-performing, efficient operations across all collection sites in Brazil

● Consistent achievement of revenue targets in Brazil and contribution to LATAM growth ● Strong pipeline and successful closure of new business opportunities

● A high-performing, accountable local team

● Trusted, long-term partnerships across the region
