Country Manager – Brazil

Overview
We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and scale our operations in Brazil while driving commercial growth across LATAM. This role owns the full performance of the Brazil entity — from operational excellence across collection sites to revenue generation both within Brazil and across the region.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate strategically and execute hands-on — building partnerships, closing deals, and ensuring strong, profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Own Country Operations
● Lead all day-to-day operations across collection sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
● Oversee site performance, logistics, and partner execution
● Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational standards ● Proactively solve operational challenges and optimize performance
2. Drive Revenue & Commercial Growth (Brazil + LATAM)
● Own revenue targets for Brazil and contribute to broader LATAM growth ● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the region ● Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners and customers
● Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, and contract execution ● Collaborate with global sales teams to align on strategy and targets
3. Lead the Entity
● Serve as the senior leader for the Brazil entity, accountable for overall performance ● Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team
● Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and results
● Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
4. Partner & Stakeholder Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders ● Represent the organization in Brazil and across LATAM
● Identify strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and impact
5. Execute & Align with Global Strategy
● Translate global strategy into effective local execution
● Provide market insights and feedback to inform regional and global decisions ● Ensure consistency in execution of global initiatives
What You Bring
● 7+ years of experience in general management, operations, or commercial leadership roles
● Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
● Experience managing multi-site or distributed operations
● Strong understanding of the Brazil market and LATAM business landscape ● Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
● Strong financial and operational acumen
● Highly autonomous with a bias for action
Language Requirements:
● Fluency in Portuguese and English (English proficiency is required)
● Spanish strongly preferred
