Business Development Representative

You love digging, connecting dots, and uncovering opportunities others walk past. If prospecting energizes you, this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Spend 80% of your time researching and identifying high-quality prospects — the right companies, the right contacts, the right timing

• Send targeted, multi-contact email outreach to 300–500 prospects per day using proven templates and group email strategies

• Book a minimum of 3 highly qualified meetings per week for our closing team — 5+ unlocks your weekly bonus

• Identify signals that indicate a brand is ready to spend: fundraising rounds, conference announcements, campaign launches, industry news

• Help expand our reach into new verticals beyond B2B tech — you'll help build the next repeatable channel

• Work within our existing playbook while bringing creative ideas for new lead pools we haven't tapped yet

WHO YOU ARE

• You genuinely love researching — scouring the internet, finding signals, uncovering the right company at the right moment energizes you

• Obsessive about ICP: who they are, where they show up, and how to find more just like them

• Hunter mentality — self-directed, quota-driven, and not waiting to be told what to do

• Thrive without micromanagement — results are your currency

• Strong written English — you know how to write a cold email that gets a reply

• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build new processes, not just follow them

• Hungry, upwardly mobile, and motivated by commission upside

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven B2B outbound experience — ideally from a BDR agency (SalesAR, Belkins, or similar) or in-house SDR/BDR role

• Experience prospecting for deals in the $50k+ range — you understand enterprise buyer behavior

• Track record of consistency and tenure: we value people who have stayed somewhere 2–3 years and grown

• Fluent English — written and spoken — you'll be reaching out to US-based decision makers daily

• No cold calling experience required — this role is 100% email outreach

BASE SALARY

$35,000 – $40,000 USD / year

COMMISSION

4% first deal · 1% recurring
