Lupa Hire

Overview

At Lupa, we're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own the paid-acquisition engine for a lean, AI-native hospitality company operating at the intersection of luxury real estate and short-term stays.

This is not a brand or content role. It's a hands-on operator seat where one person owns the entire direct-booked revenue loop: paid traffic in, booked nights out. You inherit a stack, a budget, and real brand traction — and your job is to find the leaks, fix them, and build a running, always-on engine that prints revenue.

If you get excited by dashboards, LTV:CAC math, and daily creative reps — and you've actually moved these numbers before, more than once — this is your kind of role. You'll work alongside a founder who is still hands-on in marketing, a distributed team split between Chicago and Latin America, and AI tools woven into the daily flow.

What You'll Do

  • Own direct-booked revenue end-to-end. Paid traffic → landing page → booking flow. Your number.

  • Run the LTV:CAC power engine. Optimize spend against profitable lifetime value — not CAC in a vacuum. Target LTV:CAC of 3:1 or better.

  • Define, hit, and beat core metrics: CAC, CVR, and payback.

  • Manage always-on paid across the full surface — every booking event, every unit type, every guest profile. Not campaign bursts; a running engine.

  • Ship creative, copy, and offers on a cadence: daily reps, weekly winners, monthly portfolios.

  • Own tracking and attribution. Accurate, visible, and boring — the way it should be.

  • Build and rebuild landing pages that beat baseline.

  • Write the playbook. Document what works and hand it to the next hire.

  • Report daily. Numbers on the wall.

First 30 days: Complete a full funnel audit, set baseline numbers, launch your first paid tests, and deliver a one-page roadmap. By day 90: CAC down, CVR up, LTV:CAC trending to target, one winning creative theme, daily reporting live. By month 12: Direct paid drives a meaningful share of room revenue, LTV:CAC over 3:1, payback inside target, a stable always-on engine, and your first junior hire onboarding.

> Note: This is a hands-on operator role for the first ~6 months. Team building begins when the engine is profitable — not before.

Who You Are

Must-haves

  • You've managed $20k–$50k+/month in paid budget, hands-on in the account (not overseeing an agency). Meta Ads required.

  • You've built or rebuilt landing pages that beat baseline — and you can bring proof.

  • You're fluent in CAC, CVR, LTV, and payback. You don't look these up.

  • Strong direct-response chops — not brand-only.

  • Heavy AI tool use — Claude or equivalent in your daily flow.

  • Built-in urgency. You move fast, and you've owned a P&L line before.

This is not for you if you are…

  • An agency (we hire operators).

  • A brand-only or content-only marketer (that's a different role here).

  • Someone who needs 6 months to ramp.

  • Someone who's never owned a P&L line.

  • Someone who hates dashboards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or a two-sided/marketplace-style business.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

  • Comfort building lean systems with automation rather than headcount.

What's In It For You

  • Base compensation: USD $55,000–$75,000/year.

  • Variable pay: A quarterly bonus tied directly to LTV:CAC and direct-booked revenue. Performance is public — top performers earn the next role.

  • Growth: Real ownership from day one. As the engine scales, you build and lead the team beneath you. Clear line from operator to leader.

  • Culture: Small, elite, ownership-only team. Decisions move at speed, politics get cut, and A-players paired with AI outperform average operators.

Application

The final step is a 60-minute live paid-acquisition work sample — a fixed budget, simulated evidence, visible AI use, and real-time revision. It never touches a live account or customer data.

Apply through Lupa and let's talk.
