Senior Program Manager – Medellín, Colombia

About the Company

Our client is a mission-driven tech company building life-saving emergency collaboration technologies used by over 400 million people across eight countries. Their platform delivers real-time video, chat, and location tracking to emergency call centers — helping them respond faster and more effectively. They partner with Google, Cisco, Amazon, and Microsoft and are growing rapidly in Latin America.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, proactive Senior Program Manager to join our Medellín office. You'll serve as the primary communication bridge between our end customers, local business partners, and our internal Product, R&D, and Operations teams. This is a brand-new role created to support our Colombia expansion — and you'll own it end to end.

This is an in-person role based in Medellín (3 days/week minimum; Mondays + Wednesday or Thursday required).

What You'll Do

- Serve as the daily point of contact between the customer, local business partner, and internal teams

- Manage all escalations and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA

- Track all open tasks, assign owners, and enforce due dates across stakeholders

- Coordinate cross-departmentally (technical, project, invoicing, integrations) both internally and with the business partner

- Define scope for new projects, pilots, and ad-hoc activities

- Develop and maintain project plans, SOWs, status reports, and communication plans

- Present updates, success stories, and roadmaps during Quarterly Business Reviews

- Proactively identify risks before they escalate and flag them with a recommended action

Must-Haves

- 5+ years in Program or Project Management

- 5+ years managing strategic customer or partner relationships

- Native Spanish + near-native/fluent English (verbal and written) — English will be used in escalations with R&D and senior leadership

- Demonstrated ownership: follows through without being chased, self-manages tasks and updates

- Strong cross-functional coordination across technical and non-technical teams

- Ability to read between the lines and proactively resolve issues

Nice-to-Haves

- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder updates

- Experience with SaaS, networking, or cloud platforms

- Background in public safety, emergency services, or government tech

Compensation

- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 USD annually

- Employment via Employer of Record (EOR) model — candidates must be open to this arrangement
