Overview
At Lupa, we're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for a boutique, independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families across South Florida and beyond. This is a fully remote role based in Latin America, working directly with the firm's CEO.
This is a rare opportunity to become the execution engine behind a respected, founder-led fiduciary practice managing over $340M for roughly 180 client families. The marketing strategy is already defined and shaped by seasoned industry leaders — what's needed now is a hands-on senior operator who can take that vision and bring it to life across the firm's website, content, events, and client-facing programs.
If you're a proactive marketer who loves owning projects end to end and driving them to "done" — not delegating and reporting — this role gives you real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to build a marketing function inside a growing U.S. wealth management firm.
What You'll Do
Website & search visibility — Manage and continuously improve the firm's website (content, structure, landing pages), and lead SEO and AI-search (AEO) visibility for high-net-worth prospects.
Content & thought leadership — Draft, edit, and publish blogs, articles, LinkedIn content, and video projects; coordinate designers and videographers; repurpose content across channels.
Email & newsletters — Own the monthly digital newsletter, quarterly client newsletter, and campaign emails end to end.
Webinars & events — Plan and run the client webinar series (production, promotion, follow-up) and coordinate quarterly in-person client events in South Florida (venue logistics, invitations, seating, follow-up).
LinkedIn presence — Help the CEO and senior advisors become more active and visible on LinkedIn, a priority growth channel for the firm.
Referral & prospect materials — Maintain and improve referral collateral, one-pagers, brochures, and prospect-facing materials in partnership with the advisors.
PR & visibility — Support media outreach, award submissions, and speaking-engagement logistics (podcasts, panels) for the CEO and advisors.
Vendor & agency management — Know enough to be dangerous: manage outsourced SEO/AI-search or specialist vendors, evaluate their work, and hold them accountable.
Marketing operations — Own the marketing calendar, manage budgets, track performance, and run the compliance review workflow so every public communication is approved before it ships.
Who You Are
Must-haves
7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, or premium/luxury brands serving affluent clients.
A proven generalist executor — you have personally run websites, email programs, content calendars, and events, not just managed agencies that did.
Excellent, near-native written English.
Comfortable working remotely with a U.S. team on U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Highly organized and self-directed; able to surface decisions, chase approvals, and close loops without being managed.
Working fluency with modern marketing tools (website CMS, email platforms, SEO tools, analytics).
The rigor to thrive in a regulated, approval-heavy environment — SEC compliance training will be provided.
Nice-to-haves
Spanish fluency (a plus for a bilingual South Florida market).
Prior experience in RIA/wealth management or another regulated field (finance, legal, healthcare) or luxury-brand governance.
Curiosity about AI-driven marketing and AI-search optimization.
Event coordination experience with high-net-worth or executive audiences.
What's In It For You
Compensation: Approximately US$3,500–$4,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
Engagement: Full-time, fully remote, based in Latin America.
Growth & ownership: Direct access to the CEO, substantial autonomy, and the chance to build and shape the entire marketing function of a growing firm — with room to expand the team as the business scales.
