Brand & Visual Designer
This is a real inflection point for the company. The brand is growing up, the product is expanding, and we're stepping into a louder, more visible role in the industry than we've ever played before. The next designer here gets to shape what that looks like — not refine someone else's work, but actually set the direction for where we go next.
And you'll do it across two brands, not one. Both have real equity, real customers, and real room to grow up visually. You'll set the direction for each, keep them distinct where they need to be distinct, and carry them through everything we put into the world: websites, product UI screenshots, one-sheeters our sales team shares with a practice, long-form ebooks, and the campaign creative running across LinkedIn and email.
What you'll own
The visual identity of both brands end-to-end — keeping each consistent, evolving them deliberately, and protecting the integrity of the work
Web design: wireframes, layouts, and visual design for our marketing sites and any new surfaces we launch
Graphic design across marketing: one-sheeters, datasheets, ebooks, slide templates, social and ad creative
Product screenshots and product marketing visuals — making the product look as good as it actually is
The internal design system and templates that let the rest of the team move faster without going off-brand
What we're looking for
A portfolio showing real range — brand work, web/digital, long-form layout, and short-form marketing assets
Strong fluency in Figma and Canva; Adobe Creative Suite where it earns its keep
Experience owning a visual brand before, not just executing against someone else's
Comfort moving between strategic brand work and fast-turn marketing requests in the same week
A real eye for typography, hierarchy, and restraint
Strong collaboration instincts — you can take a half-formed idea from sales, marketing, or product and turn it into something that lands
3+ years in a similar role, ideally inside a B2B SaaS or marketing-led company
Nice to have (not required)
Background designing for healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic brands
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Motion graphics or light animation chops for social and product marketing
Experience with print production
Adobe XD or Sketch alongside Figma
A bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field
