Demand Generation Manager
Remote · Full-Time · USD Contractor · Reports to VP of Operations
The Role
Lupa connects US companies with top Latin American talent — and we're growing. We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the marketing engine that fills our sales pipeline.
This is primarily an inbound-focused role: you'll build campaigns, own lifecycle marketing, and collaborate with our Brand Manager and external agencies to turn our organic momentum into consistent, qualified leads. Outbound is part of the picture too — and if results warrant it, you may build a small team around it.
You'll be hands-on from day one: running campaigns, optimizing funnels, managing partners, and reporting on what's working. You won't be directing strategy from a distance — you'll be in the work.
What You'll Own
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Build and run quarterly campaign plans aligned to pipeline targets — channels, budget, and success metrics
Own the full demand gen funnel: awareness → engagement → lead capture → handoff to sales
Experiment with new channels and double down on what converts
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Build and optimize email campaigns and automated nurture sequences across audience segments
Own performance: open rates, CTR, conversion — test, iterate, improve
Paid & Organic Channels
Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
Leverage existing organic social presence (including founder channels with established audiences) as a demand gen asset
Collaborate with our SEO and link-building agencies; provide input on content and keyword strategy
Agency & Brand Manager Collaboration
Work day-to-day with our Brand Manager to align messaging with demand gen goals
Manage external marketing agencies with clear scopes, timelines, and performance expectations
Conversion & Lead Quality
Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms to maximize lead capture
Define lead scoring criteria; manage clean handoffs to sales with full context
Meet regularly with Sales to close the feedback loop on lead quality
Analytics & Reporting
Own the demand gen dashboard: lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
Report to leadership with clear insights and recommendations — not just data
Who You Are
Must-haves
3–5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing — ideally in services (recruiting, staffing, RPO, agency, BPO, or similar), not just SaaS products
Proven track record driving pipeline growth with measurable outcomes
Self-starter; you don't need micromanagement to produce results
Strong analytical instincts: you live in the data, run A/B tests, and optimize constantly
Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies
AI fluent: you use AI tools to work faster, write better, and think sharper — it's part of how you operate, not an afterthought
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Good Spanish or Portuguese
Hands-on with paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and email marketing platforms
Nice-to-haves
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent solutions
Familiarity with US market buying behaviors and how American companies hire
Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar
Growth Path
This role is built to grow. As results compound, the expectation is that you take on broader ownership of Lupa's full demand generation infrastructure — potentially building and leading a small outbound team as the function scales.
